We felt at home from the first moment, greeted warmly by staff and treated to good afternoon treats. The charming decor and cozy ambiance added to the experience, especially during the snowstorm outside.

We were a bit disappointed with the hot temperature in our room at night, as the AC remote wasn't available, making sleep difficult until we sorted it out.
